EmVella products are currently only available in the United States. Most orders recieved before 2:00 pm Eastern will ship the same day. The average transit time is between 2 and 7 business days. Transit times will vary based on your location. emVella is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once our carriers indicate that the item has been delivered, we consider the order complete.
All shipments are sent through USPS & FED EX. Carriers may vary depending on your location. If product is damaged at the time of delivery, you must notify emVella within 3 business days by contacting email@example.com. Please provide your name, address, order date, order number and pictures of the damaged shipping box (with the label information visible) and damaged products. Please retain the damaged shipping container and contents until your issue is resolved. You will be required to return the damaged product for a replacement. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
