Customer Refund Policy

emVella would like to thank you again for your purchase. We hope you are happy with and are enjoying your product. However, if you are dissatisfied with the emVella product you may return the item within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping charges.  You may request an exchange, a product credit or a refund to the original payment method.  To request a refund, email support@emVella.com with your information and you will receive a return authorization number.  Please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order date
  • Order number
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Return payment method:  Exchange, product credit or return to original payment method.

A Customer Service Representative will provide you with information to return the product.  The product must be returned in the original packaging.  In order to process your refund in a timely manner you will have 14 days from the time we provide you with the return authorization to return the product to emVella.  If you should need assistance, please email Customer Service at support@emVella.com for additional support.

Consultant Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with the emVella product pack you may return the unopened items within 7 days for a refund of your purchase price, minus shipping charges and any commissions and/or bonuses that have been paid out on the product.

Consultants must return all products in the pack, we cannot accept a partial return of a product set.  The refund will be made to the original payment method, less shipping and commissions/bonuses that have been paid out on the product.

If you receive a defective product within the pack and you wish to exchange it, you may return that item within 7 days for a replacement.  emVella will cover replacement shipping costs.
